Return Process

  Contact our customer service team or log into your account portal to submit a return request with your order number and reason for the return.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original, unopened packaging and include the original invoice to ensure your return is processed correctly.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
